Viva l'Italia plot
An Italian family comes into the public eye after the family's patriarch, politician Michele Spagnolo, suffers a stroke. The part of his brain that controls inhibitions is affected, causing him to start telling the truth about everything and everyone around him. His personal and professional life are thus turned upside down.
