Venise sous la Neige plot

Christophe, a misunderstood playwright, is desperate for funds to finance his new play to be staged by his partner Patricia. He seeks help from a former comrade who is about to get married. The latter invites the couple to spend a weekend in the countryside. But Patricia, who doesn't get on well with Christophe, doesn't say a word to the future husbands, for whom she has no sympathy either. Her silence convinces the somewhat naive couple that she is really a foreigner. Patricia is only too happy to embarrass Christophe, plays the game and decides to speak a foreign language and sign that she is from the country of Chouvénie.
