Vater Sein Dagegen Sehr plot

After the death of his sister, the writer Lutz Ventura (Heinz Rühmann) takes her children under his wing. Operator Roeckel, who is the legal guardian, takes the children, Traudl, Rudi and their dog Leo, away from him. The kids do everything they can to escape from Roeckel and his hateful wife, but when they get back to their uncle, the trouble really begins. Because Uncle Lutz has no fixed income and is also single, the judge must determine whether he can keep the children. Or can his girlfriend Margot offer a solution?
