Vandring med Månen plot

Dan, 19, leaves home after a fight with his father. On the side of the country road he meets a traveling theater company that has run out of money. He falls in love with the young actress Pia and together they set off. They meet a series of peculiar characters: a vagabond, a kindly pastor and a cynical adventurer.
