Vals de la Habana Vieja plot

A woman carefully plans her fifteen-year-old daughter's birthday party. A significant happening in Cuban culture. Even if she has to mobilize the entire village, mother is willing to help her daughter. She has been waiting for this party since the birth of her daughter. Her husband is one of the most macho men in the country and doesn't feel like the party. He tries to thwart her.
