Up to His Neck plot

Sailor Jack Carter has been stuck on a South Sea island for ten years. He is treated like a king by the natives. Eventually, Jack is rescued by the British fleet. They then use him to train commandos to recover a stolen submarine and foil a criminal plot in the East.
