An ambitious businesswoman convinces her employer that it would be ideal if their colleagues could retire to a picturesque ranch. The woman goes to the ranch and comes into contact with the owner, a charming man. A problem arises when he doesn't want to sell the ranch, unless the woman makes sure the ranch isn't renovated.
