Un Sindaco fuori dal Comune plot

Rocco, a pastor from a village of 18,000 called Poggiostorto, decides to run for the upcoming municipal elections. The campaign begins, and Rocco, supported by his friends, embarks on a journey that will lead him to an unexpected victory and, ultimately, to the election of mayor. Will Rocco's pure and innocent soul transform the village?
