Un Petit Bout de France plot

1981. Vincent, a thirty-year-old ethnologist returns from his study trip to Tasmania. Not wanting to disappoint his future father-in-law, head of cabinet at the Ministry of the Interior, he agrees to cooperate in a discreet investigation. In doing so, however, he discovers a network of 'fictional' voters...
