Un Clair de Lune à Maubeuge plot
Paul Prunier, a Parisian taxi driver, has composed a song entitled "Moonshine in Maubeuge". His girlfriend Monique, who works for a radio station, had it printed. The song is played at the beginning of a classic broadcast. Because of the success, the author is sought to give him a prize. The director of a record company has him sign a contract. Paul Prunier then undergoes all the advertising demands caused by his success and it becomes a new, exhausting life for him. He marries Virginie and they go on honeymoon. But even in Japan they find no peace. His number has also become known there...
