When a mysterious figure appears and causes a series of disturbances at the Frisbie Home in New York, word gets out to Scotland Yard that a ghost is at work. Charley MacNeesha and his assistant MacGregor are soon sent across the ocean to investigate. But when they arrive at the home, a new series of strange events begins.
