The Rainmakers plot

Roscoe the Rainmaker and his faithful friend, cash-strapped farmer Billy, may be able to save the desperate, drought-stricken California town of Lima Junction. Armed with his patented 'Magno-Magnetizer', Roscoe is ready to help Lima Junction with a much-needed cloudburst. Meanwhile, Billy has a romance with banker's daughter Margie Spencer. However, wealthy land speculator and rancher Simon Parker, along with his son Orville, have other plans for the dry land and Margie.
