The Man Who Loved Redheads plot
Young Mark St. Neots is playing a game with some friends when he meets sixteen-year-old redhead Sylvia. He immediately falls in love with her and promises himself that he will always love her. And indeed as he gets older this girl will always remain in his mind. This will continue to be the case later on after he is already happily married and has children, took the title of Lord Binfield and took a job with the Foreign Office. Things go as far as he approaches a red-haired woman who looks like Sylvia on the street and invites him to have dinner with him. Not wanting to stop at dinner, Mark borrows his friend Oscar's apartment.
