Clark Kellogg is a young man starting his freshman year at the New York Film Academy. After a thief steals his things, Clark meets Carmine Sabatine aka Jimmy the Toucan, an importer who looks a lot like an actor from The Godfather. When Sabatini makes him an offer he can't refuse, he finds himself in a job involving endangered species and fine dining.
