The Dollar-a-Year Man plot
Franklin Pinney is not invited to a party his yacht club is throwing for a visiting prince. However, he encounters him while they have to hide from a gang of anarchists who have accidentally taken another man in his place. To help his lover's father, a Secret Service employee, Pinney and the prince help catch the bad guys.
