The Day the Fish Came Out plot
A plane carrying a weapon even more dangerous than a nuclear weapon is forced to make an emergency landing near the Greek border. To avoid panic, the authorities disguise themselves as tourists. They are not allowed to identify themselves and cannot contact the rescue team. That secrecy leads to many mistakes.
