The Cock-Eyed World plot
Sergeants Flagg and Quirt are stationed in Russia. There they both argue about a Russian girl. Then they are transferred to Brooklyn, where they both have their eyes on the same blonde. Finally they end up together in South America. There the fiery Mariana Elenita attracts both their attention.
