Tårtgeneralen plot
In 1984, the small town of Koping was named the dullest town in Sweden by the popular television show Rekord-Magazinet. Refusing to allow his new home to become the subject of a national joke, resident Hasse Pettersson decides to stir up some excitement in the town. Hasse, a man struggling with his drinking habits and financial situation, decides to make the world's largest sandwich cake. By pursuing this challenge and realizing his potential for success in every way possible, Hasse can achieve a much needed goal in his life.
