Smart Alec plot
Alec is eager to make a movie, but no studio is interested. He even has a dancer in mind who can play the lead role. There is no other option but to look after financiers himself and he soon finds that everyone in Hollywood wants something from someone else, and that if he wants to see money, he must also play the financiers' weird games.
