Sieben Tage im Paradies plot

Architect project developer Uli Fischer (Roll) from Munich has a hard time building a hotel in an idyllic bay on Mallorca. He has arranged all permits and he has also acquired the necessary land except for one piece. The owner of the last plot, Alejandro Pérez (Du Mont), wants to sell on the condition that Uli gives some kind of proof of confidence that he will not mar the environment and the landscape. Pérez subjects him to a series of painful trials.
