Sha Sheng plot

Niu Jie Shi lives in a small mountain village. After the death of his father he doesn't know what to do anymore and he focuses on making other people's lives impossible. The villagers endure Niu's bullying, until he really goes too far. A meeting is called to come up with a plan to rid the village of Niu for good.
