Seventeen - Mädchen Sind die Besseren Jungs plot

While the other girls in her class are already having experiences with boys, 17-year-old Luka is rather insecure and boyish. When she moves to the Herzogenfeld boarding school, Luka, with her short hair and without make-up, is promptly held in front of the student Frankie Königsberg. After all, he is also registered in Herzogenfeld, but has not yet arrived there. After some hesitation, she takes advantage of the confusion and Luka registers as Frankie. She comes together with Chico, Toby, Jo and Maus in the same room and is included in the 'boys' group. With her new life as Frankie, she believes her girl problems are over. But then Luka falls in love with Chico and her role playing gets tougher from day to day.
