Salem Aleikum plot
Peter Karmann is a teacher of Oriental languages. He is also a hobby musician and performs every night in a bar. That is why he is often tired in class. When his superiors hear about this, he is fired on the spot. The night before, in the bar, his former friend Henri Holler, now manager of a ballet company, made him an offer to accompany him on a tour of the Far East.
