Sale Gosse plot

Nina is a single mother with a simple job as a hairdresser in a clinic for cancer patients. Martin is her son; he is ten. When Nina starts a relationship with Miguel, whom she knows from tango dancing, she notices that Martin is going to make a scene and the relationship soon goes awry. She meets Pippo, a petty con man of Italian descent. Martin causes trouble, not only at home but also at school: he fights. Pippo tries to balance things out anyway. He understands that Martin, who never knew his father, is trying to fill the void with his unruly behavior and that he is sinking into daydreams or games with his Maghrebian boy friend Karim. Martin causes a lot of consternation during a school trip.
