Sacrée Jeunesse plot

At the age of eighty, Tom is still very young in character. He sells his house on an annuity to his insurer and then moves to Switzerland, where he undergoes physical rejuvenation in a clinic. He starts a relationship with a young secretary. However, his wife also travels after him. When they are both back in France, she wins her husband's heart again and they both go on honeymoon to Venice.
