Rumah dan Musim Hujan plot
Three chapters outline the relationships within one Indonesian family. The first part takes place in the old Javanese house of the father, just after the dinner that ends Lent. Part two is set on the way to and in the divorced mother's house, where daughter Ade resides and experiences events beyond common sense. In the last part, Ragil, girlfriend Sukma and a suddenly appearing ex-girlfriend are highlighted. This reveals contradictions between beliefs, generations and visions of the future.
