Room for Rent plot

In his senior year of high school, Mitch Baldwin won the lottery. Three years later, however, he is broke again. He has since returned to live with his parents. When his father retires, Mitch proposes to rent out a room to generate extra income. The room is rented out to the mysterious Carl, who soon messes up Mitch's routine. This leads to a real war between the two, in which both sides mislead, humiliate and spy.
