"THAT MERRY MILITARY MUSICAL!"
Songwriter Duke Wilson and entertainer Lois Rogers are forced to break off their engagement for good as Duke continues to lose money playing poker. Lois eventually has had enough. Duke and his buddy Cliff Dugan write a new musical comedy and they get rich playboy Bob Madison to support them financially. However, Bob and Lois are now a romantic couple and a lead role for Lois in this comedy is part of Bob's support.
