Romeo y Julieta plot

The peace of Verona is disturbed by the rivalry between the noble families: the Montescos and the Capuletos, irreconcilable enemies. They keep on fighting and eventually the Prince of Verona informs the chiefs that the two families will pay with their lives if the battle never ends. A while later, a dance is organized in honor of Julieta, the daughter of one of the families.
