Recycling Lily plot

Hansjörg is an inspector at the household waste service. He is picky and wants everyone to follow his rules. Right now, he's on the hunt for an unknown dumping ground who's been dumping garbage bags all over town for weeks. Hansjörg is secretly in love with Lily, but his life is turned upside down when he discovers that the culprit turns out to be Lily's daughter Emma. He fines Lily and then starts courting her, but to no avail. After all, Hansjörg has no idea that Emma was forced to break the law. After all, her mother Lily is a compulsive hoarder with tons of garbage and junk in her house.
