"One-time wonder returns as a dj in…"
In 1988, rock star Choi Gon had a one-time hit with 'The Rain and You'. Soon after, things went downhill and he hit the headlines with drug problems and fights. Now he earns his living performing at a local cafe. After an argument with a customer, he gets stuck. In a desperate attempt to raise bail, his manager, Park Min-soo, lands a job at a radio station in a remote town, where Choi Gon must create a radio program for several dozen listeners.
