Puerto Escondido plot
Mario Tozzi accidentally witnesses a double murder committed by Police Commissioner Viola. Fearing for his life, he decides to quit his job at a Milan bank and flee to Mexico. Once there, he discovers that his bank account has been blocked and that his credit card has been seized. To make matters worse, in the Mexican village of Puerto Esconido, his money is stolen by an Italian named Alex, who needs the money to buy a fighting rooster. Alex was a designer for Swatch watches in Switzerland but traded normal life to live in Mexico with his girlfriend Anita.
