The life of Alex Fortini (Lando Buzzanca) is run by his wife Diana (Claudine Auger), who is in control. Wanting to break free from his wife's iron grip, Alex makes a pact with Mario Bonotto (Renzo Montagnani). But when his first wife Ingrid (Janet Agren) returns, problems and misunderstandings pile up.
