Ponzi plot

Chief Olaoba is a wealthy politician who recently found his long-lost American son, Robert. Chubby often borrows money from a ponzi fraudster but cannot repay him. He is publicly harassed and tortured for not paying his debt. Robert intervenes and turns himself into a messiah by clearing Chubby's debt. He also distributes money to pay for the food of other debtors in need of money.
