Pension Freiheit plot

Bad Tölz, 1988. In the guest house Freiheit there was an explosion. A package bomb exploded and the owner was seriously injured. No reason for the two commissioners, Walter Degenhardt and Rio Hartmann, to take action. It is only when Degenhardt's secret mistress dies in her hotel room that the two policemen reluctantly set to work. They track down Stasi agents who go undercover on raids in the Bavarian province. The reason for this lies with a local Franciscan priest, who works for people smugglers, who bring East German citizens into the country.
