The author Sinan is commissioned to write the screenplay for a romantic comedy in Cappadocia. But the trip to Turkey brings with it quite a few tensions for Sinan: his boss saddles him with a strict time limit and to make matters worse, the otherwise eloquent writer gets a writer's block on top. When he meets Eylul, the beautiful daughter of the hotel owner, he seems to have found his source of inspiration in her. But the same night of their acquaintance, he learns that Eylul has become engaged to his nemesis Faruk.
