Pasqualino Cammarata... Capitano di Fregata plot

The commander of the "Seagull", a tugboat sailing to Spain, is a calculator who often makes mistakes. This, combined with the fact that the crew includes four rather stupid Italian seamen, makes for disaster. The first blunder they make is a collision with a damaged motorboat, which sends them drifting far from shore. However, the sailors don't care much when they find two beautiful girls on board. Of course, the girls are requested to join the sailors on the "Seagull" as the wrecked motorboat is towed to Alicante. The four Italians are charming hosts but poor sailors and before the navy arrives to help them, they manage to completely rescue the engines of the "Seagull" to the moon.
