Constance Mercier, a young girl from a rural village comes to Paris for her studies. She starts her new life by looking for an apartment, but that turns out to be a very difficult thing. No one wants to rent anything to her or they are impostors. As she spends more time looking for a flat, she discovers the dark side of the most beautiful city in the world.
