Ordinary teenager Marvin Ziegler (Sebastian) and his friends decide to set up their own pirate radio. Marvin becomes a DJ under the name Captain Midnight. This proves to be extremely successful and the station gains a large, underground following. Agent Pierson (Ireland) of the Inspectorate is eager to shut down the pirate radio station and arrest Marvin and his friends. But the team and the fans don't just let this happen...
