Nous Quatre plot

David is a young man of 20 years old. His life turns when no donor is available for a bone marrow transplant. His adoptive father gives him the address of his biological father: the only one who could save his life. David goes in search of him, driven by his survival instinct and because he wants to get to know his real father. He is accompanied by three former friends, comrades he had lost sight of in recent years. The trip quickly turns into an unexpected journey, riddled with traps and unexpected encounters. Their friendship is put to the test as David continues to hide his illness.
