"A new show idea sweeps the screen!"
Criminal Broadway producer Robert Hunt tries to cheat his backers by producing a flop and then disappearing with the money. Patricia 'Pat' Harrington, one of the chorus girls, has also given money. After Hunt disappears, one of the lenders is in charge of the production and he tries to do the same trick. But Patricia tries to convince him to give the show a chance.
