"When love and fate collide"
The new owner of a roadside diner, located in a town built around a continuously leaking nuclear power plant, plans to burn down his new property. That way he hopes to be able to collect the insurance money and leave. However, a series of strange figures and bizarre events prevent him from his intended act.
