Ming Yun Hu Jiao Zhuan Yi plot

The film consists of four stories that underline the advantages of the mobile phone. 1) Three men have an appointment with an unknown person. At the airport they accidentally switch their mobile phones and end up with the wrong appointment. 2) A songwriter receives a parting gift from his girlfriend. She has a deadly disease and doesn't want him to see her decline. She meets a doppelgänger who she sends after him. 3) A single man in a remote mountain village with no facilities like electricity hopes in vain to get a girlfriend. When an artist from the big city comes to paint there, he gets a mobile phone and his life takes some drastic turns. 4) A man dies in a remote place. With his cell phone he calls his family and friends, all of whom he has once cheated on. They refuse to talk to him, but the cell phone will still make it possible to make things right.
