Military Academy with That Tenth Avenue Gang plot

Judge Ralph Townsend is upset with four juvenile delinquents (Stash, Danny, Mac and Specs). The four have stolen crates of beer, but Townsend thinks the boys will go further into crime if he sends them to a boarding school. So he discusses with his old friend Colonel Jamison the possibility of sending them to the military academy.
