Mein Lover, Sein Vater und Ich plot

39-year-old Nicky works for an online boutique and has a relationship with her colleague Sascha, who is 12 years younger. Their romance is in jeopardy when Sascha gets a nice promotion at the expense of Nicky. Enraged, Nicky ends her relationship with Sascha and returns to her native village, where she runs into her old flame Axel during a class reunion. He turns out to be Sascha's father.
