"Fish out of water...Surfers in Yellowstone"
Stew and Phil Deedle are two crazy surfers who are forced to spend their vacation as rangers in Yellowstone Park. There they have to deal with a dangerous ex-ranger, who is out for revenge. After the two surf fanatics forfeit the goodwill of their fellow rangers, they try to get back into their good fortune by thwarting the ex-ranger's dark plans.
