Marsal plot
Stipan is a policeman who goes to an island off the Croatian coast to investigate strange apparitions that frighten the entire population. No one wants to help him with the investigation, but then he learns that it is the ghost of Joseph Tito, the former communist leader of Yugoslavia, who is terrifying the island. Luka, the mayor, thinks he can make a profit here, and wants to make a Tito theme park. However, the WW2 veterans don't believe in ghosts, and believe that it is Tito himself, who has come back to lead them through another revolution, who must put the communists back in power.
