Maria Rosa la Guardona plot
Maria Rosa is a chambermaid in a small hotel in Rome. She has to take care of an old professor who always wants to kiss her. She tries to restrain her young colleague Romolo, but she is mainly interested in watching what is happening in the room next to her, where the visitors of the hotel are staying. She constantly peeks through a small hole in the wall and witnesses a series of crazy situations. She follows a Sicilian couple on their honeymoon, an old merchant from Romagna who still wanted to seduce her, a young couple who arrived at the hotel drugged, men and women with special "tastes", and so on... While Romolo tries in vain. To seduce her, Maria Rosa falls in love with a lonely client who turns out to be a dangerous criminal in real life...
