Mantan Runs for Mayor plot

"To have a pot to cook in, give Mantan the only look-in!"

After collecting his meager salary, Mantan visits his good friend Alex. Mantan is poorly paid as a janitor at the courthouse, but his buddy Alex earns almost nothing. The two therefore try to come up with something to get money. Because the current mayor has been arrested for driving under the influence, Alex decides that Mantan should stand for election.
