Confident advertising executive Linda Lano can get charming client Mike Badon as a client, but she finds him an unbearable macho. Only when she discovers at her sister's wedding that the man is a grieving widower does she begin to see him through different eyes, which sparks a romance. That romance turns out to be completely wrong due to a misunderstanding.
